Make It Monday Doll Sized Floral Center Piece

Karen here and Happy Make It Monday! This week I am showing you how to make a fun center piece for your dolls Thanksgiving table.
To make your own you will need:
-1 small foam pumpkin (I got mine at Micheal's)
-Sewing pins
-Small Buttons
-Small Flowers with stems ( I got mine at the dollar store)
Step 1- Assemble all your supplies. Remove the flowers from the stems and the stem leaves from the wires as shown in the photos above.

Step 2-Once the leaves are separated, lay them over your foam pumpkin and secure them into place with your sewing pins as shown above. I layered my leaves around the pumpkin stem.
Steo 3- Layer small buttons to be the flower centers and press your pins through the holes, through the flower and into the pumpkin. Repeat until your floral bouquet is as full as you wish.
Step 4- Place it on your dolls table and set up for Thanksgiving Dinner!

I hope you enjoyed today's craft and that you have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!

Make It Monday. Let's Make Pumpkin Pie For 4 Dolls!

Karen here and today I wanted to share with you an easy way to make Pumpkin Pie for Your Dolls with Sculpey Clay's Pluffy Clay. It is very easy to work with so even young doll lovers can create these doll sized baked treats easily.

To make your own you will need:
-Orange and Beige  Pluffy Clay
-A Craft Knife
-Baking sheet
-Wax Paper  or Sculpey Work and Bake Mat
* Lids from tomato paste tins work great as dessert plates!
Oven Preheated to 275

Step 1- Assemble all your supplies and pre heat your oven.
Step 2- Open your beige clay and use half the block to create a golf ball sized ball shape.
Step 3- Press the ball flat, this will be your "pie crust"
Step 4- Use your fingers to fold up the edges of your "pie crust"
Step 5- Use half the orange clay and roll it into the same sized ball
Step 6- Flatten your orange ball slightly, this is the pie filling and press it into place as shown in the photo above.
Step 7- Use your craft knife to cut and separate your pie into pieces.
Step 8- Place them on your baking sheet and bake for 20 -30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Step 9- If you do not have doll plates use your re cycled tomato paste lids as plates! They work great. Serve your pie to your dolls.

I look forward to sharing more doll crafts with you again soon!~ By Karen Owen aka Karen Mom of Three
