Make It Monday! Ribbon Wrapped Dolly Hair Bands

It is Make it Monday again and I am thrilled to share with you a fun party craft you can do for your dolls with your friends or as party favors!
To make your own  Ribbon Wrapped Hair Bands you will need:
- Hairband blanks from Punch Place Plus. Com
-Double Sided tape
-Scissors
-Ribbon
Step 1- Assemble all the supplies need for your hairbands.
Step 2- Use double sided tape and line the inside edge of the hairband.
Step 3- Remove the backing of the tape.

Step 4- Cut 1 inch from your ribbon and stick it over the end of one side of the hairband, this will give the hairband a universal look when you finish wrapping, you will do the other side near the end.
Step 5- Add another piece of double sided tape on the opposite side of your hairband and continue to wrap the ribbon around the hairband, layering it as you go.
Step 6- As you wrap and get closer to the other end you will need to repeat step 4, then add more tape as shown at the base of the hairband and fold and tuck the end of your ribbon on the inside edge of your hairband, securing it with more of the tape as shown above,  trim the tape to fit the ribbon.
Now your dolly is ready to wear her new hairband!

I really enjoyed making these hairbands and you can add a bow and gems to your wrapped hairbands and make them to match every outfit!
I hope you enjoyed today's Make It Monday Craft and I look forward to sharing more craft ideas with you again soon!~ Karen Owen aka Karen Mom of Three
